About the Opportunity:

Team of 77 physicians and 75 advanced practice providers with 35 different specialties
Environment that will offer a comfortable work-life balance
Strong support from MAs and NPs
Transitioning to EPIC EMR
Large call pool
Position can be strictly outpatient or traditional IP/OP

Base salary plus wRVU production incentives

Located in northern Illinois, just 2 hours west of Chicago
