SSM Health is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Ripon, Wisconsin. Position Highlights:

• Full-time family medicine practice
• Ability to have a 4- or 5-day work week; flexible hours 
• Outpatient-focused care in a collaborative clinical setting
• Opportunity to care for patients across the full spectrum of family medicine

• Large call group with minimal call, approximately 1 x a quarter
• Longevity among providers in group
• 4 MD'S and 1 NP
• Clinic is attached to the hospital 
• Specialty physician care with outreach clinics

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree
