About the Position
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused Family Medicine Physician to join our growing practice.
This is a full-time outpatient position providing comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages. Our practice emphasizes preventive medicine, chronic disease management, same-day acute care, and continuity of care.
Our physicians enjoy practicing medicine in an environment that prioritizes quality, patient satisfaction, and teamwork over volume-driven metrics.
Requirements
The Family Medicine Physician will:
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
Perform annual wellness visits and preventive health screenings.
Manage chronic diseases through evidence-based care.
Educate patients regarding treatment plans and preventive health.
Perform minor office-based procedures appropriate to family medicine.
Interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing.
Coordinate care with specialists, hospitals, and community resources.
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Collaborate closely with nurse practitioners, clinical staff, and administrative team members.
Foster an exceptional patient experience built on trust, compassion, and communication.

Required:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible (board certification expected within the applicable certification window)
Active or eligible Texas medical license
DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
Current BLS certification
Ability to obtain hospital privileges if required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
Experience practicing outpatient Family Medicine
Experience with electronic medical records (eClinicalWorks experience is a plus)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is welcomed but not required
Schedule
Full-time
Monday through Friday (occasional Saturday – 8:30am to 12:30pm)
Outpatient only
No routine inpatient responsibilities
Participation in the Practice's call schedule
