We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) Family Medicine physician to join a practice designed around physician well-being, schedule autonomy, and professional growth. Minimal Call Structure
Weekday Call: Phone-only triage limited exclusively to your own patient panel (Monday-Thursday).
Weekend Call: Exceptionally light-averaging just 2 weekends per year.
Nursery Care: Routine newborn rounding (screens and circumcisions) preferred for team alignment.
