Sansum Medical Group Santa Barbara has an exciting opportunity for a full‑time Family Medicine Physician to join our collaborative, multispecialty care team. We offer a competitive sign‑on bonus, comprehensive benefits package, Home Loan Assistance, and Student Loan Repayment Assistance. Our well‑established primary care practices are seamlessly integrated within a larger multispecialty clinic, all connected through a shared electronic health record to support continuity, coordination, and high‑quality patient care.

This position offers the opportunity to build a thriving outpatient practice providing comprehensive, lifelong care to patients of all ages, with a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness. You will work within a team‑based care model supported by specialists, advanced imaging, and on‑site laboratory services, allowing you to deliver high-quality, coordinated, and efficient care in one setting.

Salary/Incentives:

• 2 Year Guarantee
• $300,000.00-$380,000.00 Annually
• The listed range is solely a base compensation for full time physicians. It does not include incentives and benefits. The base compensation rate may be adjusted based on training, community need and other possible determining components.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with Directly Related Experience in Family Medicine
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Perform Typical Primary Care Procedures
• DEA Certificate
• Eligible to Work in the United States
• CA Licensure or the Ability to Obtain CA Licensure
• Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills
